Joplin Arts Fest welcomes back mixed media painter Eric Beezley for our 10th Anniversary show at the Cornell Complex. Find his dynamic paintings on the Leggett & Platt Green on September 20 & 21!
“I primarily use acrylic paint on canvas using palette knives, brushes and paint pens. I paint multiple layers and then scrape/sand off to reveal underpainting. I will continue to add paint until a composition starts to take shape. I use paper and canvas that I have also painted, cut it up, and add to the canvas to help create the final composition.”
